PagerDuty Integration
Learn more about the benefits of connecting Sedai to your PagerDuty account.
Sedai helps manage your microservices by looking for opportunities to prevent issues or optimize resources. While Sedai can autonomously execute actions to ensure your cloud environments run smoothly, some actions might require manual review or feedback.
Sedai integrates with PagerDuty to support your internal response workflows to make sure your team is alerted as soon as possible. You can customize which notifications Sedai will send to PagerDuty based on your team’s needs.
Any Sedai notification that is connected to PagerDuty will generate a new service event. Check out our Notifications section to learn more about the types of alerts Sedai generates:
Contact your organization’s Sedai admin to integrate PagerDuty and configure notifications.
Please note that you need to log into both PagerDuty and Sedai to successfully complete this integration. If you have any questions or issues during setup, contact us at [email protected]
